Embark in Georgia is growing! Embark Behavioral Health is looking for a Clinic Director to join our outpatient clinics in Buckhead & Alpharetta. Come join our team of empathetic mental health professionals who are passionate about helping create joy and heal generations together!

The Clinic Director provides oversight to the therapists and case managers and leads program development and management of clinical and administrative tasks. The Clinic Director also occasionally provides direct services for group, individual and family therapy in addition to their supervisory responsibilities.

Embark operates facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults and their familys mental health and well-being by offering a full continuum of care from Long Term Residential and Wilderness Therapy environments to our IOP/PHP clinics to virtual outpatient care. Our local IOP & PHP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance.

• Leadership experience at a behavioral health center is required for this role.
• Prior experience working with adolescents and families.
• Prior experience leading a clinical team and supervising clinicians for licensure as well as supervising interns.
• A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
• A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy a requirement.
• Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of MD is required for this role.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
• Must be a board-approved clinical supervisor to hold this position.
• Strong People Manager with excellent team-building skills
• Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

• Clinical Licensure in the State of Georgia
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Competitive salary $120,000/year, depending on licensure and years of experience.
